Iii. Freight Standards

Iv. Signature for Receipt and Inspection
When receiving the goods, please inspect them on the spot to ensure that the outer packaging is intact, the quantity is accurate, and the style and size are correct before signing for them.
- If you find any damage, soiling, missing or wrong delivery, please take photos as evidence and contact customer service within 24 hours. We will resend or refund the money for you as soon as possible.
- Entrusting someone else to collect on behalf of the recipient is regarded as the recipient’s signature. After signature, in principle, no appearance objections will be accepted.
V. Order Tracking and Customer Service
After shipment, the system will push the name of the carrier and the waybill number via email or other means. You can click “View Logistics” to jump to the official inquiry page. If your package has not been updated within 7 working days or is abnormally stranded, please contact our online customer service in a timely manner. We will assist you in initiating a logistics inspection or reissuing it.
Vi. Transfer of Transportation Risks
From the time the goods are delivered to the carrier, the risk is transferred to the buyer. In the event that the package is lost or damaged due to the carrier’s reasons, this website will first advance the compensation and then claim compensation from the logistics company to ensure that your rights and interests are not compromised.
